Welcome to Xavioo Tube! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xavioo Tube video hosting platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Imperium Technologies LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

This platform is STRICTLY AND ONLY FOR ADULTS (+18). It is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to upload, view, or share any material involving children (CSAM), minors, animals (bestiality), or non-consensual individuals. Our company cooperates with law enforcement in such cases. No harm must be done to anyone. In the event of any illegal actions, the liability belongs entirely to the user.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY

By accessing, registering, or uploading videos to the Platform, you agree to these Terms. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD. Access to this site by individuals under 18 is illegal.

2. CONTENT UPLOADS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

2.1. Uploader's Full Liability: You bear complete legal liability for any videos (VOD) you upload. The Company cannot be held responsible for any user-uploaded content. You warrant that all persons in the content you upload are over 18 years old and that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consent to publish the content.

2.2. Penalties for Violations: If you upload illegal or prohibited content (children, animals, non-consensual, violent) or use the platform for illegal activities:

  • Your account will be immediately and permanently closed.
  • All your accumulated balances and credits will be confiscated. No payments or refunds will be made.
  • Your IP address, device information, and logs will be handed over to legal authorities.

3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

The Company provides the platform strictly as a hosting service provider on an "AS IS" basis. Our company accepts no legal or criminal liability whatsoever for any illegal videos on the platform, copyright infringements, or disputes between users. All liability rests with the user who uploaded the video.

4. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate any user's or creator's account at any time, at our sole discretion, and without providing any reason.
