TUBE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Xavioo Tube platform (the "Platform") collects, why it is collected, and how it is used. The Platform is operated by Imperium Technologies LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1. Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication data. Accounts are managed through Google Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password; authentication is handled by Firebase.

1.2. Activity data. When you are signed in we record which videos you watch, which videos you like, and the category and tag preferences derived from that activity. This data is used to personalise the "Recommended" and "Related" video lists.

1.3. Usage telemetry. We record events such as page views and video plays. An event may include a user identifier, a session identifier, the event type, the video identifier, the referring page, a campaign label, and the duration of playback.

1.4. Visitors who are not signed in. For visitors who are not signed in, the identifier used in telemetry is derived from the IP address using a one-way hash. We treat this as pseudonymous data, not anonymous data.

1.5. Browser storage. We store a small amount of information in your browser: your theme preference (dark or light), your age confirmation, and session state. This information stays in your browser.

2. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

  • We do not collect or store payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and does not reach our servers.
  • We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar general-purpose analytics products.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

3. WHY WE COLLECT IT

  • To operate the Platform — signing you in, keeping your session, showing your library.
  • To personalise recommendations — watch history and likes drive the recommendation lists.
  • To keep the Platform safe — detecting fraud, abuse and prohibited content.
  • To measure performance — understanding which pages and videos are used.

4. THIRD PARTIES

The following third parties receive data when you use the Platform:

  • Google Firebase — authentication and database. Stores your account and activity data.
  • Bunny.net — video delivery network. Receives requests for video files and thumbnails, including your IP address.
  • ExoClick (a.magsrv.com) — advertising.
  • popMagic (a.pemsrv.com) — advertising.
  • JuicyAds — advertising.

Advertising providers operate under their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies or identifiers to limit how often an advertisement is shown and to measure advertising performance. We do not control what those providers collect.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The Platform itself uses browser storage only for the purposes described in section 1.5. The advertising providers listed in section 4 may use cookies or similar identifiers of their own. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the Platform works.

6. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT ADVERTISING COOKIES

If you visit the Platform from the European Union, the European Economic Area or another region where consent is required, a consent notice is shown before the advertising providers listed in section 4 are loaded. The advertising providers are not loaded until you make a choice.

You may choose:

  • Accept — advertising providers are loaded and may set their own cookies or identifiers.
  • Reject — advertising providers are not loaded. The Platform continues to work normally.

We use a consent management platform provided by UniConsent, which participates in the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). Your choice is recorded in your browser and passed to the advertising providers in the standard format defined by that framework.

Changing your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy settings icon shown on the page, or by clearing your browser storage for this site. Withdrawing consent does not affect data processed before you withdrew it.

Visitors outside those regions are not shown the consent notice, and advertising is served as described in sections 4 and 5.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

  • Account and activity data — kept while your account exists.
  • Usage telemetry — kept in daily log files for operational and security purposes.

If you would like your data removed, contact us at support@xavioo.com and we will act on your request as described in section 7.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may contact us at support@xavioo.com to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it;
  • Object to the use of your data for personalised recommendations.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Please include enough information for us to identify your account, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.

9. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, that account will be closed and the associated personal data removed.

10. SECURITY

Connections to the Platform are encrypted with HTTPS, and access to administrative functions is restricted to authorised accounts. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

The Company is established in the United States, and the service providers listed in section 4 operate internationally. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection rules may differ from those of your own country.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
