TUBE PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

This Payment and Refund Policy governs the purchase and use of virtual credits on the Xavioo Tube platform, operated by Imperium Technologies LLC.

1. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

When you purchase credits, they are immediately credited to your digital account. Since digital spending on the Xavioo Tube platform (tipping videos, unlocking premium content) is consumed instantly, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. CHARGEBACK AND FRAUD PENALTY

If you unfairly initiate a "Chargeback" through your credit card or bank, or attempt to use stolen cards/commit fraud:

• Your account will be immediately and permanently closed.
• All remaining CREDITS WILL BE CONFISCATED.
• Our company reserves the right to initiate legal action against fraud attempts using your IP and device ID.

3. ACCOUNT TERMINATION DUE TO PROHIBITED CONTENT

If you violate our zero-tolerance rules (uploading child, animal, non-consensual content, or engaging in illegal activities), your account will be immediately deleted. Purchased or earned credits inside banned accounts will not be refunded; they are forfeited as a penalty.
