TUBE CONTENT CREATOR AGREEMENT

This agreement is between all Content Creators ("You") who upload videos (VOD) to the Xavioo Tube platform and Imperium Technologies LLC ("Company", "Platform").
ZERO TOLERANCE AND LIABILITY
ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN, ANIMALS, OR NON-CONSENSUAL INDIVIDUALS ARE ALLOWED. NO HARM MUST BE DONE TO ANYONE. If any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized content is uploaded, your account will be closed, all your credits and balances will be confiscated, and you will be reported to law enforcement. Our company is a hosting provider; no legal or criminal liability arising from uploaded videos belongs to our Company. All legal liability rests entirely with the person who uploaded the video. ABSOLUTELY NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES CAN TAKE PLACE ON OUR SITE!
1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS AND TAXES
You are not an employee of the platform. You are an independent contractor producing your own content. The Platform does not withhold taxes from your income or report to your government. It is entirely your responsibility to declare the income you earn according to your local tax laws.
2. REVENUE AND PAYOUT SYSTEM
Xavioo Tube awards you virtual credits based on your video view counts or gifts sent by users. The Company retains a specified percentage of net earnings to cover infrastructure and server costs. You can only withdraw your earnings when you reach the minimum limit determined by the Platform (via the Net-15 system).
3. CONTENT RIGHTS
You own the copyright to the videos you upload. However, by uploading, you grant the Company a global, royalty-free license to host, broadcast, and utilize these videos within algorithms on the platform.
