TUBE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & DMCA

Xavioo Tube is a premium VOD (Video on Demand) platform designed exclusively for consensual adult content. To ensure this platform remains safe, the following rules are enforced with zero tolerance.

1. ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED CONTENT

Content that is strictly forbidden to be uploaded to Xavioo Tube, resulting in an immediate BAN and forfeiture of all credits/balances, includes:

  • Children and Minors: Any material depicting or appearing to depict anyone under the age of 18 (CSAM). Immediate reporting to law enforcement authorities will occur upon detection.
  • Animals (Bestiality): No sexual acts involving animals or content simulating such acts are permitted.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Revenge porn, hidden camera recordings, or any video lacking the explicit consent of the creator are STRICTLY prohibited. No harm must be done to anyone.
  • Violence and Abuse: Real violence, torture, rape simulations, or harmful materials containing extreme gore are forbidden.

In the event of a violation of these rules, Xavioo Tube will permanently delete your account and confiscate all earnings and credits as a penalty.

2. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ARE FORBIDDEN

Xavioo Tube does not support or allow the sale of illegal substances, human trafficking, prostitution advertisements, or the organization of any illegal acts. In all legal matters, the liability rests solely with the uploader; Xavioo Tube bears no legal responsibility.

3. DMCA (COPYRIGHT) POLICY

If you believe that your copyrighted video has been shared on Xavioo Tube without authorization, please follow our DMCA procedure.

3.1. Where to send a notice. Copyright notices must be sent to our DMCA Agent:

3.2. What the notice must contain. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL of the video on Xavioo Tube, so that we can locate the material.
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

3.3. What we do. Upon receiving a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded it.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@xavioo.com. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice, or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original complaint and inform them that we may restore the material. Unless that person notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the removed material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.

5. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

  • Each valid takedown notice received against a user is recorded against that user's account.
  • An account that accumulates repeated valid notices will be terminated.
  • An account may be terminated immediately, regardless of the number of notices, where the infringement is flagrant or where the account was created to circumvent a previous termination.

6. MISREPRESENTATION

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
