Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained on Xavioo Tube were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created.

General Statement of Compliance

This Video-on-Demand Platform ("Xavioo Tube"), operated by Imperium Technologies LLC (the "Company"), fully complies with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Before any independent creator is permitted to upload any video to Xavioo Tube, the Company reviews and approves that creator. As part of that review the creator must submit a valid government-issued photo identification establishing that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age, together with a signed release for the material they submit. The same records must be provided for every other individual appearing in that material. Uploading is enabled only after this review is completed. These records are retained by the Custodian of Records identified below and are made available for inspection as required by law. The creator remains responsible for the accuracy of the records they provide and for ensuring that every individual appearing in their content is over eighteen (18) years of age.

User-Generated Videos

Xavioo Tube functions as a hosting platform for user-generated content. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy. If any uploaded video is found to feature individuals under the age of 18, or lacks proper consent, the offending account will be immediately banned, all credits will be confiscated, the content will be deleted, and the incident will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
